Mingxuan Li is a senior member of IEEE.
Before joining UNT, he was a senior engineer in the Future Network Research Center at China Unicom Network Technology Research Institute from 2019 to 2022, and he worked as a senior engineer at China Unicom Cloud Data Co., Ltd. from 2017 to 2019, and worked as an R&D engineer at China Unicom Research Institute from 2008 to 2017.
Mingxuan Li received his master’s degree in Circuits and Systems from the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University in 2008, and his bachelor’s degree from Capital Normal University (China) in 2004.

In terms of development, Mingxuan Li is proficient in C/C++、Java、Python, Go and other programming languages and is familiar with Linux system development and deployment of Linux systems, OpenStack, and Kubernetes. Before, he independently deployed data center clusters with more than 200 server nodes, including data center cluster networking (DMZ, firewall, and F5) and PXE remote CentOS system deployment, and DevOps environments such as Ansible and Jenkins. He has strong practical and hands-on ability and he can finish the achievement in system development and environment deployment in terms of development, deployment, and implementation by himself.
